2025 Conference: The Human Factor of AI Implementation

The growing use of AI is reshaping how decisions are made, how knowledge is produced, and how meaning circulates in everyday life. From hiring and education to healthcare and creative work, AI is becoming deeply embedded across sectors and cultures.

This conference is dedicated to understanding that shift. While “AI” is a broad and evolving term—describing systems built by people, trained on human data, and deployed through institutions and platforms that shape both public and private life—generative AI has emerged as its most visible frontier.

Researchers, designers, artists, educators, policymakers, and young people will come together to reflect on how these tools affect identity, language, responsibility, and human connection. Through interactive panels and participatory workshops, the event will surface critical questions and explore what it means to keep the human factor at the center of future-making.

Location: Baar, Switzerland
Dates: November 8–9, 2025
